What more can one say. I lost a very beautiful handpainted ornament that was a gift from a staff member and a couple other handmade things as well.

Linea, our tree crashed one year too. I got a frantic call from the kids when I was at work. The tree was lying in the living room. I went out and got the biggest, heaviest tree stand available to man and since, have had no problems. Will talk to you soon. Love Joye
